Rewa, Madhya Pradesh – In a moment of immense pride for Rewa district, six students from the PM Shri schools of Sidhi have been selected to participate in the Independence Day celebrations on August 15, 2024, at the iconic Red Fort in New Delhi. This exceptional opportunity allows these young minds to be a part of a national event, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to the spirit of patriotism.
One of the selected students is Aman Shukla, a class 11 science student from Government Higher Secondary School, Tikri. Aman, a resident of Parasi village, just 3 km away from Tikri, has excelled in academics, securing first division in his 10th-grade examinations.
His interests extend beyond academics; Aman has been passionate about the arts since childhood. Last year, he participated in the state-level National Art Festival competition organized by the School Education Department, showcasing his artistic talent.
Rajesh Shahi, Additional Collector, hailed this achievement as a distinguished honor for the student and a matter of pride for the district. He extended his best wishes to Aman as he set off for New Delhi, accompanied by his teacher, Rakesh Ratan Pandey. The entire school community is beaming with pride at Aman’s selection, marking a significant milestone for both the student and the district of Rewa.
